Celestial Court Chinese Restaurant

Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel
Celestial Court

Inspired by the majesty of the classic Chinese heritage, Celestial Court is a grand restaurant adorned with artifacts and exclusive works of modern art that echo elegant traditions and royal dynasties—an ideal setting for celebratory banquets, corporate functions, fine appreciation of masterful cuisine or simply casual dining.

Executive Chef Vincent Loo is a lifelong scholar of the extensive Chinese culinary arts, and has selected the most popular and enticing dishes from this beloved fare for his innovative menu. By combining new ideas and classic interpretations, he offers creative courses for all to savor without forgetting the food’s honored traditions. Begin with Mini Buddha Jumps over the Wall before you move to our signature steamed baby ribs with glutinous rice and barbecued dried meat, or Celestial Court’s Special fried rice. Finish on a sweet note with double-boiled hasma with Chinese pear, ginseng, and sweet potatoes, served with glutinous rice balls. Guests can also enjoy a leisurely dim sum Sunday brunch as the talented chefs showcase a seemingly infinite selection of the best of the Cantonese tradition.

An enthusiastic and energetic personality, Chef Loo expresses his warmth and passion through the flavors of his masterpieces and his personal interactions with guests—don’t be surprised if you see your ideas and personal preferences incorporated into future creations, simply a way of life at Celestial Court in the chef’s continuous efforts to explore the boundaries of this delightful cuisine. A list of premium wines and spirits includes choices for all dining occasions. Private and semi-private dining areas, divided by beautiful Chinese screens, are available upon request.
