Our menus change daily, focusing on fresh, locally-grown and sourced ingredients. Breakfast and dinner—both featuring buffet and à la carte dining—draw inspiration from traditional Hawaiian delicacies and multicultural influences that created today's Hawaiian cuisine. For breakfast choose from favorites such as made-to-order omelets and Hawaiian-style eggs benedict or crustless quiche made with Maui goat cheese. Dinner brings a range of signature dishes—from steamed local short tail pink snapper to Chinatown roast duck, shoyu-marinated whole chicken, or fresh snow crab legs.
Kai Market offers two semi-private areas that accommodate up to 50 guests each.
