The restaurant showcases views of Festival Square from a full-length glazed façade.

Our chefs serve up regional favourites like potted Ayrshire ham haugh with Scotch quail’s egg and piccalilli, truffle eggs benedict with woodland mushrooms, and slow-cooked beef cheek. Join us for our popular afternoon tea, where you’ll sip tea brewed in a Russian samovar and sample classic pastries.

At the Scottish Ionian marble bar, you can choose from more than 50 varieties of gin, served neat or as part of a mixed cocktail. While gin is our specialty, we’ve given careful consideration to our beer and wine selections as well. Pick your cocktail of choice and relax on purple leather poufs and bright green wing chairs.
