Faz Restaurant at Sheraton Sunnyvale Hotel is a full-service restaurant featuring the distinctive Mediterranean-style cuisine of renowned Bay Area restaurateur Faz Poursohi. The restaurant features exhibition cooking with wood burning ovens, a rotisserie, and a smoker. The recently renovated design features a curved, bi-level space with a dramatic 180° "View Wall"—floor-to-ceiling cherry windows overlooking a tree-shaded redwood deck and garden. The atmosphere is business casual with a botanical view.

A crowd-pleasing breakfast buffet is served daily, with cooked-to-order items available. Faz offers lunch and dinner menus with signature starters such as polenta fries or house-smoked feta and favorites such as Greek salad, succulent kabobs, and bacon-wrapped diver scallops. Specials typically include succulent versions of salmon or other whitefish, a lobster or scallops pasta, or a persian stew.
