With its famous open atrium environment in the historic Public Market Building, Morgan's Central Valley Bistro offers a relaxed setting for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In the morning, we feature an all-you-can-eat buffet with fluffy scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and bacon, cheese blintz, chef’s specialty item, breakfast pastries, yogurts, and freshly sliced fruit. We also offer a full menu with specialty items such as the Crab Cake Benedict, Banana Stuffed Cinnamon Brioche French Toast, Huevos Rancheros, or Atlantic Smoked Salmon.
Morgan’s is known as a preferred destination for lunch where we feature “California fresh cuisine” using seasonal menus with the freshest ingredients unleashing the best flavors from our local farms. We welcome you to enjoy lunch where the locals love to dine. Favorites are the Dungeness Crab Salad, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Cobb Salad, and Seared Salmon with Preserved Lemon Mashed Potatoes. Wireless access is available to those who need a "working lunch.” Please note: we recommend you make reservations in advance for Morgan’s Central Valley Bistro.
In the evening, the sunset beams through the numerous windows and creates the perfect setting for a wonderful early dinner. By night fall, the dining room sparkles with candlelight, creating a relaxed elegant experience. We feature an extensive wine list complementing the California fusion cuisine that our chef and his experienced culinary team create. Come enjoy the Pan-Seared Scallops with Foiepaya Sauce, Filet Mignon with Truffle Demi Glace, or the Herb Roasted Salmon with Lobster Smashed Potatoes, and many other selections to choose from.
Jump start your day with a richly brewed cup of coffee or espresso beverage and one of our freshly baked breakfast pastries. Featuring indoor and outdoor seating, Glides Market is the perfect place to read the morning paper or check e-mail on your laptop with our wireless access capability. Open daily until 3pm, Glides also features an array of fresh salads and homemade sandwiches for lunch.
With numerous couches and over-stuffed chairs, the Public Market Bar is a great place to gather with friends or network with clients. Enjoy one of our famous martinis or a specialty cocktail while nibbling on our delicious appetizers.
