With dazzling views of the Infinity Pool and Waikiki Beach from simply decorated indoor and outdoor dining areas, Kai Market delights palettes at breakfast and dinner with vivid, mouthwatering dishes expertly prepared by Executive Chef Darren Demaya.
Our menus change daily, focusing on fresh, locally-grown and sourced ingredients. Breakfast and dinner—both featuring buffet and à la carte dining—draw inspiration from traditional Hawaiian delicacies and multicultural influences that created today's Hawaiian cuisine. For breakfast choose from favorites such as made-to-order omelets and Hawaiian-style eggs benedict or crustless quiche made with Maui goat cheese. Dinner brings a range of signature dishes—from steamed local short tail pink snapper to Chinatown roast duck, shoyu-marinated whole chicken, or fresh snow crab legs.
Kai Market offers two semi-private areas that accommodate up to 50 guests each.
With a rustic-meets-modern feel, RumFire serves hand-crafted libations and worldly tapas with a Hawaiian focus alongside thrilling ocean views. Four eclectic rooms feature bar seating and lounge areas with open-air access or large windows, while a bi-level outdoor patio boasts dramatic fire pits and expansive views. Some of Hawaii's best musical talents bring live entertainment to our patio nightly for a soothing, laid-back vibe.
We proudly stock the largest selection of vintage rums in the United States—and our drink selection goes far beyond that. Quench your thirst with cocktails like our signature Mai Tai or cucumber lavender mojito, or our one-of-a-kind Ring of Fire—balancing the heat in jalapeño-infused Sauza Gold tequila with the sweet and cool of mango puree and lime juice.
Our delicious social comfort foods—built on locally-culled ingredients, comforting in flavor, and ideal for sharing—blend the sizzle of the Pacific Rim of Fire with the cooling tropical touches of Waikiki. Sit back and savor signature dishes such as kim chee fried rice, a spicy ahi poke, "angry" mac n' cheese with jalapeño, and market-fresh fish tacos. A kids' menu features favorites like hamburgers and chicken fingers.
A separate Cabana can be rented for intimate private parties of up to 20 guests, or choose one of four indoor spaces, seating up to 90.
The Edge of Waikiki lulls you into relaxation with spectacular ocean sunsets, fresh sea breezes, and the spirit of Hawaii. At this outdoor, oceanfront restaurant and bar, the drinks and food offer a nod to a simpler era—so sit back with a tropical concoction as you listen to our solo musician each afternoon. In the evening, a live musical duo is accompanied by a hula dancer, while the night brings a classic fire knife show.
Our drink menu reinvents old-time concoctions using local spirits while including options that are completely new. Try a classic Mai Tai, a blood orange sangria, or Over The Edge, with Skyy pineapple vodka, blue curaçao, and Midori.
A range of fulfilling favorites for lunch, dinner, or a snack are enlivened with a Hawaiian spin, such as the fire-grilled burger "paniolo" featuring mango barbecue aioli, a crisp-breaded zucchini "po' boy", or the Big Island House Salad featuring jicama and a yuzu-soy dressing. The children's menu features chicken fingers, hamburgers, and more.
