Our restaurants and bars offer a variety of culinary pleasures. The experience begins in the lobby, where the Lobby Bar is spectacular and spacious, yet still intimate. It is an ideal meeting location at the beginning or end of the day. Delicious snacks, coffees, and teas are served all day. Try our authentic tapas with afternoon tea, and an outstanding mojito prepared by our mixologist in the evening.
Verdil is one of the few Spanish restaurants to offer ostrich meat. In the summer, the doors open to our outdoor terrace, and guests mingle with residents over authentic flavors.
In the summer, our poolside bar come to life. During the day, lounge around the Pool Bar and try a chupito of gazpacho (a refreshing chilled Spanish soup), or a smoothie. In the evening, when the air turns pleasantly cool, head to La Biguine, our garden lounge, and share traditional Madrileno tapas washed down with a chilled glass of Cava or a specialty cocktail.
