Daily Grill Seattle occupies 7,000 square feet, with combined seating for more than 200 guests. Private Dining available for up to 40 guests. In addition to serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, the restaurant will prepare food for room service for hotel guests of the property and will also serve the hotel's Lobby Lounge. Loulay Kitchen & Bar is an urban contemporary French restaurant owned by Thierry Rautureau (known as The Chef in the Hat) and his wife, Kathy. Named for Rautureau’s hometown of Saint Hilaire de Loulay in France, this restaurant marries the French influence of his upbringing with modern sensibilities to provide an accessible dining experience for body and soul.
The lunch menu comprises soups, salads, sandwiches, and entrees, while small, medium, and large plates and a four-course menu are offered at dinner. Lighter fare is served throughout the day from our bistro menu. The wine list complements meals with 50 wines and a reserve list of more than 250 selections.
Four distinctive dining experiences are available among our total of 110 seats. The main dining room and balcony seat 60; the six-seat chef’s counter provides a spot in the heart of the action. The mezzanine provides a more intimate dining experience and is available for private parties of up to 30 guests. The bar spans 24 seats and features an intimate Lovers’ Nook.
