Meet in the red leatherette chairs and booths of Bistro Le Boulevard. Combining crimson furnishings and dark wood tables with rich carpeting, black-and-white photos and bookshelves—situated on two of the restaurant’s walls and stacked with decorative books—it exudes an especially European ambiance. The floor-to-ceiling mahogany-colored wood wine rack, meanwhile, promotes lively conversation illuminated by embedded ceiling lights and decorative bistro lamps.
Catch up over our specialty Grilled Flank Steak (bavette) with Red Wine and French Shallot Reduction or sample the Grilled Rack of Lamb with herbs from Provence. Additionally, Executive Chef Alexandre Martin’s menu features a Soup of the Day and selection of dishes that ranges from salads and chicken fingers to pasta and hamburgers with fries. Tempting desserts, like ice cream, sherbet and a fresh fruit salad keep the meal going.
Please note that we also have a Kids’ Menu for children aged five to 12 years old, while children four years old and under eat free from the Kids’ Menu.
Enjoy a friendly conversation with friends and colleagues at the Café Bar, where an atrium illuminates brown leatherette bar stools and a long bar backed by a decorative wine rack and shelves. The surrounding walls are filled with open shelves, stocked top to bottom with books, and a cozy fireplace surrounded by a brown leather couch and deep orange velvet chairs adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Leather booths, long tables with blue bar stools and velvet chairs provide additional seating, while large windows overlook Boulevard René-Lévesque and Drummond Street.
Sip freshly brewed Starbucks coffee throughout the day, and in the evening sample a selection of savory international dishes—from salmon filet with mango salsa to Rueben sandwiches loaded with smoked meat, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and all the trimmings—that correspond with Executive Chef Alexandre Martin’s offerings at the adjacent Bistro Le Boulevard. As the sun sets, the bar evolves into a popular venue for seasonal cocktails, which rotate monthly. Some favorites include the Flamingo à la Guido and the Mozart's Absolut Pear.
