G's Restaurant and Tuckaway's Pub are located in the Summerhouse, a lushly planted four-story atrium and outdoor courtyard that is light-filled and refreshing in summer and carpeted and cozy all winter.

Arnd Sievers, C.M.C., Executive Chef, is a certified master chef from the Bavaria Hotel and Restaurant School in Germany, and recipient of a Chef’s Excellence Award from the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, California. Before coming to the Burlington Sheraton, he was executive chef at the Mohonk Mountain House in New Paltz, New York. Arnd’s culinary skills were honored at Marriott Hotels and Resorts in Puerto Rico, Munich, Bermuda, and Frankfurt, during which time he received an Award of Culinary Excellence from Marriott International.

You may also enjoy culinary delights in the comforts of your guest room. From early breakfasts to late night snacks, our Room Service is prompt, courteous and delightful. Offered 6am to 11pm daily.
