Club guests also have special access to the Sheraton Club Lounge, located on our 21st Level for amazing city and Hyde Park views. A relaxing, upscale space, the Club Lounge offers a range of benefits, including separate check-in and checkout within the lounge, complimentary wireless High Speed Internet Access, light continental breakfast, evening drinks and canapés, and a range of beverage options. Club guests also enjoy access to a dedicated Sheraton Club Concierge, use of the Private Executive Boardroom for one hour during your stay (subject to availability), and the complimentary pressing of two items upon day of arrival.
Take advantage of the private Club Lounge where you can connect with friends, meet with your team, or simply relax by catching your favorite TV show. Need to get some work done? A copier/fax/printer and complimentary office supplies are ready to go.
The Club Lounge serves breakfast Monday through Friday from 7am to 10am, and Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 10:30am. Evening drinks and canapés are served from 5pm to 7:30pm daily.
Guests in our Executive Suites and above receive complimentary access to the Club Lounge. Guests in other rooms may pay an upgrade fee for access. Children aged 12 to 17 incur the full price of $75 per person. Children aged 11 and under receive complimentary access.
Children are allowed in the Club Lounge from 7am to 5pm daily, but are not allowed while pre-dinner drinks and light snacks are served from 5pm to 7:30pm.
