Parking at the hotel is located in the Terminal 3 Parking Garage, which is owned and operated by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA). The GTAA also offers off-site discounted parking; the Automated People Mover (Train) brings you to the hotel and to Terminals 1 and 3.
Directions to the parking garage and parking ticket:
Upon arrival at the airport, follow the signs to Terminal 3. When approaching the terminal, stay in the far left lane and follow the signs to enter the parking garage. Upon entering the garage, you will receive a parking ticket. Keep this ticket with you as you will need it to be validated at the front desk to exit the garage. The hotel is located on the top level (level 5) of the parking garage. The hotel is not responsible for lost tickets or additional fees incurred by the parking garage.
Daily parking (with in/out privileges):
If you are paying for parking per day and require in and out access, please bring your ticket to the front desk upon arrival. We will validate the ticket and charge your room, or you may pay directly at the front desk. You will also be required to scan the ticket at the gate each time you enter and exit the garage.
Long-term parking (without in/out privileges):
If you have purchased an 8- or 14-day parking package, bring your ticket to the front desk upon arrival. We will validate the ticket for either 8 or 14 days. When returning from your trip, simply exit the parking garage with your validated ticket.
