A grand facelift with a final price tag of $90 million was completed at Sheraton Dallas Hotel in late 2009. The renovation included new guest rooms, fitness center, a lobby lounge featuring Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft, and more, plus four new food outlets: Draft Media Sports Lounge and Bar, The Kitchen Table Restaurant and Lounge, Peet's Coffee & Tea, and Chill.
