Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel is an official hotel of the Tokyo Disney Resort®. We offer an array of services, including complimentary shuttle service to/from the monorail station.

Passports for Tokyo Disneyland® and Tokyo Disney Sea® may be purchased at the ticket counter (open 6am - 9pm) located in the hotel's second floor lobby or at the hotel service counter. Our second floor is also a shopping promenade, featuring specialty shops with a wide array of Tokyo Disney Resort® souvenirs and other selected merchandise.

You can check in at the Maihama station's hotel service counter, which is located on the first floor of the Tokyo Disney Resort Welcome Center, instead of going straight to the hotel to check in. Your luggage will be delivered to the hotel while you enjoy a fun, carefree day at the park. The hotel service counter is open 8am - 3pm.

The OASIS wing, adjacent to the hotel, contains a full line up of sports, recreation, and amusement facilities. Among the highlights are a pool, athletic gym, and Japanese-style baths. There is even a traditional Japanese massage service. Children will not want to miss Treasures Island and the entire family will enjoy Namco Land. To get to the OASIS, use the connecting corridor adjacent to the Grand Café.
