Return to the Raj - A delightful evening, rich with authentic Indian culture.
Once your guests are dressed to impress, everyone meets for pre-dinner drinks, where henna artists await. Ladies are invited to be decorated in the traditional henna tattoo before moving into dinner. An authentic Indian buffet features an array of East Indian delights.

Barefoot & Black Tie - Where else but Fiji can you enjoy a Black Tie Dinner while you wriggle your toes in the sand?
This is a great opportunity for your guests to relax and be themselves in a casual and fun environment. Fijian Serenaders welcome guests with beautiful songs of the Fiji islands. A chef’s selection of canapés is served during your pre-dinner drinks. Guests are then treated to a formal sit-down dinner.

Bula Beach Party - Experience a Fijian-style beach party where your guests can chill out, “Fiji Style”.
On arrival at your venue, enjoy a punch cocktail straight from a coconut shell while listening to beautiful songs from the Fijian Serenaders. Shortly thereafter, guests can begin helping themselves to a Deluxe Barbecue Dinner.

Kana Vakaturaga (Chiefly Feast) - Experience true Fijian hospitality & culture at its best!
Fijian Serenaders welcome guests with beautiful songs of the Fiji islands. Once guests are seated, the evening begins with formal ceremonies of welcome involving the traditional preparation, presentation and sharing of Fijian Yaqona or Kava with your chosen VIP guest. A Mata ni vanua, or “herald”, will act as the spokesman assisting with all explanations during the Kava Ceremony.

Guests are then invited to sample our traditional “Lovo” (earth oven) menu, which includes a deluxe ethnic assortment of Fijian foods normally reserved for those of high chiefly status. During dinner, witness our Firewalkers who perform the amazing mystical feat of walking on extremely hot stones whilst in a trance. This is followed by our local village group performing the “Meke”, which is a collection of songs and dances interpreting traditional Fijian culture.
