Over 80,000 square feet of meeting space are at your disposal, stacked conveniently on consecutive floors for easier mobility. With the Phoenix Ballroom complemented by the Valley of the Sun Ballroom, our second-largest at 14,000 square feet, and over 20 individual breakout rooms, we welcome everything from large-scale conventions and grand social events to intimate family reunions and private business meetings.
The contemporary décor within the meeting rooms is both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Natural wood paneling surrounds the doors and large decorative panels add contrast to the walls, creating an inviting environment while absorbing sound. Then, when it is time for a break, or you need the perfect reception spot prior to your meals, imagine private, pre-function space with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the desert’s natural sunlight to liven up your attendees in between meetings, or offer a few of the city’s night lights for the perfect mood just before dinner.
Our Phoenix Ballroom can accommodate up to 2,500 guests in row seating or 2,800 for a stunning gala. There is also the option to escape to the outdoors and witness the dramatic colors of the desert sun with over 5,000 total square feet of outdoor function space. The Oculus is our 2,179 square-foot balcony that is ideal for receptions and social gatherings, and can accommodate 125 people. The Valley Overlook, our largest outdoor function space, is ideal for galas at 6,854 square feet, and seats 450 for a banquet.
