LCD screens, flip charts, white boards, and in-house audio are all included in our meeting packages, and conveniently set up in each meeting room. Additional audiovisual items, including fast fold screens with draping kits, up lighting, spotlights, and more may be rented through an outside company. Hotel staff is on hand for set-up, take down, and troubleshooting, should the need arise.
