Success requires space for visions, and at 540 square meters SkyLoft event center boasts plenty of that: present your ideas in the light-flooded main hall with eight-meter ceilings for as many as 200 attendees, and break for socializing or brainstorming in an upper reception gallery with a small bar and table seating or in one of the four adjoining breakout rooms. An adjoining glass-walled lounge provides an exclusive retreat for confidential tête-à-têtes. Featuring centralized control of all technology, sophisticated acoustics, a built-in screen with projector and cutting-edge climate control, SkyLoft is an innovative meeting point for the convergence of new concepts. With its separate entrance, SkyLoft is the ideal location for VIP events.
Complementing SkyLoft's smaller spaces is the hotel’s tasteful and expansive Congress Center, accommodating up to 1,200 participants for large-scale conferences, brand roll-outs, galas or functions. Three adjacent rooms can be joined together for maximum capacity, or used as breakout rooms off the main hall. The Congress Center also boasts a large foyer ideal for exhibitions or coffee breaks.
Our variety of smaller meeting and event venues are refined contemporary settings, many offering natural light. Equipped with the latest "Live Conferencing" technology, three dedicated TelePresence Rooms hosting six people each offer real-time display on HD plasma screens for state-of-the-art video conferencing. Parallel to the screen image and sound, participants can exchange information via TelePresence, including reviewing or editing additional materials such as PowerPoint presentations.
