Spanning 1,654 square metres, our eight flexible meeting rooms feature tasteful décor in neutral hues allowing us to configure each space to your specifications.

Divisible into five separate sections, the Mirage Grand Ballroom seats up to 1,000 guests under ornate chandeliers with customisable lighting. Direct outside access allows for vehicle presentations, while environmentally friendly technology keeps your event green. The Mirage Grand Terrace, adjacent to the ballroom, can function as a registration area, cocktail lounge, pre-function space, or exhibition floor. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors let in natural light and vivid views to inspire your guests.

Mid-size functions of up to 160 guests can be accommodated in the Horizon Room with its spectacular view of the Pacific. Accessible via a sweeping staircase from the hotel lobby, the Pandanus Room is a casual, contemporary room fit for cocktail receptions for up to 300 guests.

Our four boardroom options are designed to encourage collaboration with smaller tables that seat 12 to 16 and built-in audiovisual equipment. The main boardroom treats your guests to a more formal setup with an impressive view of our sparkling lagoons. Alternatively, treat up to 550 guests to an outdoor banquet on one of our beautifully landscaped lawns.
