Planning meetings and special events is truly a pleasure at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel, where two elegant ballrooms and more than a dozen other facilities provide a wide variety of staging options. Encompassing more than 8,000 square feet, the Crescent Ballroom can accommodate 1,000 guests theater-style or 720 in a banquet setting. The nearly 5,000-square-foot Phoenix Ballroom and the lush, tropical Phoenix Garden and Patio are each ideal for groups of up to 500. More outdoor event space is available just off the lobby in the tented Pavilion, and Crestview offers a unique theme space for up to 175.
Intimate business sessions can be planned in one of the 10 Canyon or Crescent Rooms - accommodating 18 to 80 attendees, or in the executive setting of our Continental Boardroom, with seating for up to 10. Whatever your audio-visual needs, our professional on-site staff can ensure that your presentation is a blockbuster!
