With more than 1,900 square meters of combined banquet and meeting room space, the Sheraton Shanghai Hongqiao Hotel provides extensive event facilities. Our 10 state-of-the-art convention facilities include the pillar-less Ballroom and additional small- to medium-size meeting rooms.

Boasting a high ceiling of 6.1 meters and glittering grand crystal chandeliers, the pillar-less Ballroom spans 830 square meters and can accommodate up to 700 guests. The ample foyer area and the Ballroom can be divided into three spaces, with a large pre-function area and an adjacent lounge that can be used in a variety of ways. It is an ideal setting for your dream wedding, and our customizable event packages and impeccable service will make it a memorable day for everyone.
