Whether you’re planning an elegant six-course candlelit banquet or a trade show displaying massive tractors and machinery, the Sheraton Red Deer Hotel can easily accommodate your event. Our flexible space is well suited for trade shows, exhibits, concerts, meetings, weddings, meals, and other special occasions.

Our full-service conference and trade centre spans 55,000 square feet across 16 meeting rooms and holds up to 2,500 attendees. The main exhibition hall is 33,000 square feet, including a 2,000-square-foot mezzanine, with a ceiling height of 26 feet. It features removable carpet, blackout lighting effects, roll-up doors for easy access, engineered air exchange, and floor portals with electricity. In addition, our largest ballroom can accommodate up to 1,000 people in its 12,000 square feet.

We also have an extensive audiovisual technology inventory—12-foot screens, LCD projectors, laptops, speakerphones, flipcharts, and much more—and convenient telephone, cable, and Internet access for a captivating presentation. An on-site technician is available to ensure your meeting runs smoothly.
