The Conference Center is comprised of 19 meeting rooms, many of which are connectable in order to accommodate the number of participants in your event. Our extensive conference technology and á la carte banqueting provides a sophisticated setting for coffee breaks, cocktail receptions, lunches, and dinners.
The magnificent Salle des Nations, provides an excellent venue for larger meetings, incorporating a total surface of 5,479 square feet and welcoming up to 500 guests theatre-style. A variety of breakout rooms are positioned from the first to the third floors, affording natural daylight to the majority of the rooms. The Smart Meeting Rooms on the first floor ensure productive meetings with its full multi-media and powerful computer technology, fabulous presentation equipment, as well as full video and teleconferencing capabilities. The Board Room, with its private foyer, adjacent to the 25th floor Club Lounge elegantly welcomes small meetings with downtown Brussels as an impressive window painting.
The 30th floor is reined by the three Horizon Rooms, our signature feature, which caters exquisite dinners up to 290 persons on its 3,175-square foot surface. The panoramic backdrop of Brussels' city lights will truly surpass all expectations.
