Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check in. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Hotel features 50 rooms that are connecting rooms. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Extra Bedding Policy
Due to fire code and safety, rollaway beds are not allowed in guest rooms with two beds. King bedded rooms can only accommodate 1 rollaway.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pets up to 30 pounds are allowed in guest rooms as long as there are no noise complaints from other guests and no damage is done to the guest rooms.
Guest must be at least 42" tall to enjoy the use of our 166 foot, 3-story waterslide, "Monsoon Mountain."
All guest must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest's room. if the noise or disturbance continues after three warning, guest may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
All guestrooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest that violates the smoking policy. Please contact the front desk for designated smoking areas.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to registered SPG Platinum Member guests who have a credit card on file and present valid photo identification. There is a limit of $100 per day.
Credit Card Policy
Hotel accepts valid credit card authorization forms as payment option for contracted group and corporate accounts only. Hotel does not accept credit card authorization form as payment for non group/leisure guests and any non-contracted accounts.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.
