Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room.

The hotel does not feature connecting or adjoining suites.
The hotel does not accept or maintain waitlists.
Early Departure Policy
A 50 USD early departure fee will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest suites are available. For TDD equipment and wheelchair rental/availability, please contact Guest Services at (813) 873-8675.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Only dogs are allowed. There is an 80 pound limit. Pet owners are responsible for any damage in the guest suite and hotel public areas. Guests traveling with additional pets need the approval of the hotel's General Manager.
All guest suites and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy

A valid credit card must be provided to guarantee the reservation and the gift certificate number must be provided at the time of the reservation.
All major credit cards are accepted and must be provided at the time of the reservation. Pre-paid credit cards and gift cards are not accepted.
