Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Connecting Room Policy
The hotel does not feature connecting suites. Upon request, the hotel can arrange adjacent suites.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee may be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled departure date. Fees may be up to 50% of their daily suite rate. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Only dogs are allowed. There is an 80 pound limit. Pet owners are responsible for any damage in the guest suite and hotel public areas. Guests traveling with additional pets need the approval of the hotel's General Manager.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All major credit cards are accepted. Credit card authorization forms are also accepted when completed with copies of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of the card holders drivers license. Please contact the hotel to obtain an authorization form.
All guest suites and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
The hotel does not accept or maintain waitlists.
