Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid drivers license and credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day and $250 per stay.

Early Departure Policy

ID Requirement Policy
Valid photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in. Acceptable forms of photo identification include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Package Handling Policy

Up to two pets weighing 80 pounds or less are allowed in a guest room. Cats and dogs are permitted. The Sheraton Sweet Sleeper® Dog Bed is available for use during your stay. Guests must sign a pet waiver at check-in. A one-time $100 non-refundable deposit will be charged per stay. Additional fees may apply in the event of damage to the hotel or a guest room. Pets should not be present in any food, beverage, pool, or fitness areas of the hotel. Pets cannot be left unattended in the hotel or a guest room. Guests must be present while any hotel team member is in a guest room. If pets create disturbances, guests must agree to make alternate arrangements for the pet outside the hotel at the manager’s request.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. Smoking is allowed outside of the building in designated areas only. Please contact the hotel for further information.
