ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check-in/Check-out Policy
The mininum age to register and check-in at the Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft. Lauderdale is 21.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day for a maximum of 5 days within a one week period.
Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card is required upon check-in.
Enviromental Policy
The Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek is proud to be a certified Florida Green Lodging Hotel. As part of this crucial effort our ���Green Team��� is focused on offering both guest and employees opportunities to recycle by placing bins throughout the hotel, recycling ink cartridges, buying recycled and energy efficient products when possible, using earth friendly cleaning products. You can be a part of this process! We offer a linen and towel reuse program. We also use programmable thermostats and have changed all light bulbs in the hotel to Energy Efficient bulbs. Simply put, we are committed to doing our part to save our environment and this is only the beginning.

Fire Safety Policy
The resort is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.
Meeting Room Policy
Please note that Sheraton Suites Cypress Creek Ft Lauderdale uses Exhibit 6x30 instead of the standard Exhibit 8x8.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. A non-refundable charge will apply. No other pets are permitted.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this smoking policy. Please see the front desk with additional questions.
