Sheraton Suites Fort Lauderdale at Cypress Creek operations were impacted by Hurricane Irma. While the impact to the hotel is aesthetic in nature, for the comfort of our guests we have temporarily closed. Meeting and event space on our lobby level will be reopening on October 30, 2017, and guestrooms will be available for reservations beginning November 21, 2017. The hotel will continue higher floor remediation through December but anticipate no guest disruption. Please contact the hotel for additional information.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting suites are not available.
Extra Bedding Policy
Extra bedding is available upon request and subject to availability upon arrival.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax we be applied to any reservation not cancelled or modified within the rate plan rdeadline.
Late Checkout Policy
Guests checking out between 12pm and 4pm will assessed a late checkout fee of 50 USD. Guests checking out after 4pm will be charged 1 night room and tax at the best available rate.
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Meeting Room Policy
Please note that hotel uses Exhibit 6x30 instead of the standard Exhibit 8x8.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Dogs up to 40 pounds are allowed. A non-refundable fee of 25 USD per day applies.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates this smoking policy. Please see the front desk with additional questions.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment for the room, tax and incidentals. The hotel does not accept cash payment at check in. Guests do have the option of paying with cash at check out.
