Guests must advise of an early departure at check-in. Otherwise, an early departure fee equal to one night of the confirmed rate will be assessed.
Check-in time is anytime after 3pm. Early check-in is provided based on availablity. Fees may apply.

Pets are family, too. Dogs up to 60 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Guests must sign the pet waiver and register the dog at check-in. The dog must be accompanied by the owner or a designated individual at all times. Dogs must not be left unattended in the guest room. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or disruption caused by the dog. An additional cleanup fee may apply to any room that requires additional cleanup or professional cleaning services, particularly for carpets and bed linens.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
