Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid identification and a credit card. There is a limit of $50 per day, with a maximum allowed amount of $300 per stay.
Early Departure Policy
Guests checking out prior to their scheduled departure date are subject to a 50 USD fee from November to April. From May to September, the fee is 100 USD.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
One dog up to 40 pounds per room is allowed. Dogs are not allowed in the room without the owner. A Pet Waiver must be signed at check-in. No deposit is required and fees are only charged if there is damage to the room. No cats or other animals are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest will be required to present a credit card or pay with cash. Guests paying with cash must prepay upon arrival and are subject to a $50.00 per day incidental deposit.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates smoking policy. Under Maryland law, you may smoke outside of the building, 15 feet from any entrance.
