In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in. If a guest wishes to pay cash at checkout, a credit card must still be provided.
Pets up to 50 pounds are allowed and are restricted to our pet-friendly floor. Guests are required to sign a pet waiver at check-in. Cleaning fees may be applied after checkout.
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Cash is acceptable as payment for accommodations and taxes upon checkout only; however, a credit or debit card must be on file for incidentals. The credit or debit card with be authorized for $75 to cover incidental charges, and unused funds will be released by the hotel on the day of departure. Your financial institution may take three to five business days to credit this amount back to your account. The hotel is not responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
