Sheraton Club Lounge
Located on preferred floors, Sheraton Club guest rooms offer upgraded amenities, free bottled water, and complimentary fitness center access. Club guests also have special access to the Club Lounge. Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $200 per day.
Fire Safety Policy
The resort is fully equipped with smoke detectors and emergency evacuation plans in all rooms and public areas.

Smoking Policy
The Sheraton Sonoma County - Petaluma is a smoke-free environment. All guest rooms and public areas are non-smoking. A $250 per day cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the policy. Outdoor smoking areas are available near the lobby/front door and outside of the restaurant.
