Special Conditions
Renovations May 13 - September 6, 2013
From May 13, 2013 to September 6, 2013, the hotel will be undergoing revitalization to the guest room corridors, Sheraton Club Lounge, Sheraton Club Room floors, restaurant, Wild Plum cocktail lounge, lobby, and meeting space. Construction will take place daily between 8am and 5:30pm. During this time frame guests may expect intermittent construction noise; however, construction times have been scheduled to minimize any impact to guest stays. Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid picture identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room. Valid photo identification is required at check-in as proof of age.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are only available to Starwood Preferred Guest members with with valid picture identification. There is a limit of $50 per stay.
Extra Bedding Policy
Guest rooms with two beds cannot accommodate a rollaway.
Family Plan Policy
Children 17 and under sleep free in existing room bedding. Rollaways, child rollaways and cribs may incur extra charges.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 85 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
