Garden Courtyard & Pool Closures
The Garden Courtyard and pool will be closed for private events during the following times in 2013:
- April 23: Closed 12 pm - 1pm and 4pm -10pm
- April 24: Open at 9am; Closed 12pm - 2pm; Closed after 6pm
- April 25: Open at 9am; Closed 12pm - 2pm; Closed after 6pm
- April 26: Open at 9am; Closed 12pm - 2pm
- April 30: 6pm - 7pm
- May 1: 6pm - 7pm
- May 2: 6pm - 8pm
- May 7: 8pm - 11pm
- May 8: 5pm - 8 pm
- May 12: 7pm -9pm
- May 17: Closed after 4pm
- June 6: Open at 8am; Closed 12pm - 2pm
- June 10: Open at 9am: Closed 12pm - 2pm and 6pm - 9pm

Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card and photo identification.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must be presented at check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of $100 applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Early Arrival Policy
Early check-in is based upon availability.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with double beds. We allow a maximum of one rollaway bed in king bedded guestrooms at a cost of $25.00 per night
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
We welcome dogs 40 pounds or less (maximum limit is two pets). Dogs must be on a leash and in their owner’s control at all times. Pets cannot be left in the guest room alone. For the safety of our guests and staff, breeds that are prone to aggressive behavior will not be permitted within the hotel unless they are service animals. A one time deposit of 100 USD is taken for guests with pets of which 35 USD is non-refundable and the balance of 65 USD is refundable at check out. We must have a credit card on file for guests that have pets. Please contact the hotel directly for more information prior to check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking poilcy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Tax Exemption Policy
Tax exemption forms must be turned in at check-in and satisfy requirements set by the State of Georgia.
