Sheraton Atlanta Hotel
Until late September 2015, the hotel will be undergoing renovations to the guest rooms, guest corridors, lighting, and public spaces. In order to minimize any disruption to guests, the hotel will be completing this work in phases.
In addition, the pool area will be closed from May 11 to May 12, 2015 for pool resurfacing.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid major credit card and photo identification.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must also be presented at check-in.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of 100 USD applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.

We are pleased to offer early check-in based on availability at the time of arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
One rollaway bed or crib can be accommodated in all guest rooms and suites with king bedding for a fee. Requests can be made by calling ahead or at check-in.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
We are pleased to offer late checkout based on availability. Late checkouts after 3pm generally carry a charge of 50% of one night's room rate. Please contact the hotel for more information.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. For storage purposes, the hotel asks that packages arrive no more than three days' prior to the guest's arrival or the group event. Please contact the front desk of the hotel for a fee schedule.
We are pleased to welcome dogs 40 pounds or less, with a maximum of two dogs per guest room. Dogs must be on a leash and in their owner’s control at all times and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms.
For the safety of our guests and staff, breeds that are prone to aggressive behavior will not be permitted within the hotel with the exception of service animals.
A one time deposit of 100 USD will be charged upon arrival with 35 USD being non-refundable and 65 USD refundable at checkout. Guests traveling with pets must have a credit card on file. Please contact the hotel directly for more information prior to check-in.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A 250 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking poilcy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Tax Exemption Policy
Tax exemption forms must be turned in at check-in and satisfy requirements set by the State of Georgia.
