Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting room requests are based upon hotel availability at the time of check-in and are not guaranteed in advance.
Extra Bedding Policy
One rollaway can be accommodated in most single-bedded guest rooms and suites for a fee. Requests can be made by calling ahead or at check-in.
Cribs are available free of charge, however, requests cannot be guaranteed until check-in.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Early Arrival Policy
The hotel cannot confirm any early check-in requests until the day of arrival. Please contact the front desk on the morning of arrival to inquire if early arrival is available.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee equal to one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date confirmed at check-in. Please contact the hotel for further information.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is at 11am. The hotel cannot honor any requests for late checkout prior to the arrival date.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. For storage purposes, the hotel asks that packages arrive no more than three days' prior to the guest's arrival or the group event. Please contact the front desk of the hotel for a fee schedule.
We are pleased to welcome dogs 40 pounds or less, with a maximum of two dogs per guest room. Dogs must be on a leash and in their owner’s control at all times and cannot be left unattended in guest rooms.
For the safety of our guests and staff, breeds that are prone to aggressive behavior will not be permitted within the hotel with the exception of service animals.
A one time deposit of 100 USD will be charged upon arrival with 50 USD being non-refundable and 50 USD refundable at checkout. Guests traveling with pets must have a credit card on file. Please contact the hotel directly for more information prior to check-in.
The hotel is 100% non-smoking. A 200 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking poilcy. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Check cashing services are not available and checks are not accepted as payment.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit Card Policy
In addition to the credit card requirement for reservations, a valid credit card must also be presented at check-in. The cardholder must be present.
For prepaid reservations, the credit card used to book the room must be present at check in, along with the cardholder.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the Executive Office Assistant at the hotel directly.
Cash is not accepted at check-in. The hotel accepts cash as a final method of payment at checkout. In order to check in, a credit or debit card must be presented for authorization. Guests will not be allowed to check in until the authorization requirement is approved.
Credit card authorization forms are not available for reservations.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax exemption forms must be turned in at check-in and satisfy requirements set by the State of Georgia.
