Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.
Mandatory Park Entrance Charge
Please note that due to the hotel's unique location it is necessary to pay an entrance fee to the Iguazu National Park before arriving to the hotel. This park fee must be paid in cash and in Argentinean Pesos. The fee is not included in any of the room rates. Please contact the resort for further information.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older (with valid identification).
Check Cashing Policy
The hotel does not offer check cashing services.
Family Plan Policy
One child 6 years of age or younger sleeps free in existing room bedding when sharing the room. There is an additional fee for the third person and extra bedding for children 7 years of age and older.
Pet Policy
Visa/Passport Policy
American, Canadian, and Australian passport holders are required to pay a reciprocity fee online with a credit card before arriving in Argentina. Please contact the Argentine Embassy or Consulate in your country before traveling.
