Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways are available for a fee but are not permitted in rooms with two double beds. King rooms have the option for a rollaway; however there is limited rollaway availability.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
There is no fee for arrivals between 10am and 3pm; however, check-in is not guaranteed any time before 3pm.
Early Departure Policy
Please be advised that a fee of one night's room rate plus taxes will apply to all early departures.
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 11am. Late checkouts cannot be guaranteed. A fee of $50 plus taxes will apply for late checkouts until 4pm. After 4pm, a full night’s rate plus taxes will be charged.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
A limited number of refrigerators are available upon request for an additional fee but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact the hotel directly to make a request.
If damage to the hotel or a guest room occurs during a guest’s stay, the hotel’s management will conduct an investigation, and the guest(s) responsible will be charged accordingly.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Guests must sign a waiver at check-in. A pet cannot be left unattended and is not allowed in the hotel’s dining venues. A 125 USD one-time cleaning fee will be charged for each stay. Additional fees may apply for any damages caused by the pet. Pets are allowed in Traditional Rooms only. Cats are not permitted. Please contact the hotel for more details.
Health & Well-Being Policies
The Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown is 100% non-smoking. There will be a cleaning fee of 275 USD charged for smoking in a guest room.
Personal checks are not accepted. In addition, the hotel does not offer check cashing services.

Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

This hotel does not accept money orders or personal checks. A valid credit card is required at check-in for the payment of the room, tax, and incidentals. Credit cards will be authorized for the full cost of room and tax plus 100 USD for incidentals.
