Late Checkout Policy
A fee of $75 will be imposed on guests checking out between 12pm and 2pm, a half day rate applies between 2pm and 5pm and a full day rate applies after 5pm.

Pet Policy
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. No other pets are permitted. A $100 refundable deposit is required at check-in.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted as a form of payment. A valid credit card is needed to check-in.
Smoking Policy
All guestrooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates policy.
