Special Conditions
Fourth of July Fireworks: No Rooms with View
The hotel does not offer rooms with a view of the 4th of July Fireworks. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Hotel Policies
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid identification.
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card. There is a limit of $100 per day and $300 per stay.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available.
Early Departure Policy
Guests who check out of the hotel prior to their scheduled departure date will be charged a penalty of $100. The departure date may be changed up until the day of arrival.
Extra Bedding Policy
A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in select rooms for a fee. Rollaway beds are one size for adults and children
Gift Certificate Policy

Meeting Room Policy
Listed prices are for information only. Prices will only be confirmed during conversations between the hotel and meeting planner.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 40 lbs. are allowed. There is a maximum of one dog per room. Dogs must be accompanied by owners at all times. Guests must sign pet-waiver upon check-in and will be charged a pet fee of 35 USD per day. Additional fees may be incurred if excessive cleaning is deemed necessary. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Cats are not allowed.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Purchase Order Acceptance Policy
Purchase orders are not accepted.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Suite Policy
VIP Suites/Sunrise/Sunset must be booked by the hotel directly.
Voucher Acceptance Policy
Vouchers are accepted.
