Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check into a room.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaways may only be used in our King rooms. Rollaways are not permitted in rooms with two queen beds.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Our suites accommodate no more than four people at any time. Absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed in suites. Our policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
The hotel accepts dogs up to 40 pounds without a fee. When making a reservation, please indicate if you will be bringing a dog. A dog waiver will need to be signed at check-in. Dogs must be on leashes in public areas and may not be left unattended in guest rooms.

Check cashing privileges of up to $300 (USD or equivalent) per stay apply to Starwood Preferred Guest Gold, Platinum, and VIP members. Please note that all members are subject to local banking and foreign exchange regulations.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
