Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve and check into a room.
Check Policy
Checks are not accepted as a form of payment.
Check cashing privileges of up to $300 (USD or equivalent) per stay apply to Starwood Preferred Guest Gold, Platinum, and VIP members. Please note that all members are subject to local banking and foreign exchange regulations.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available by request only, but cannot be guaranteed.
Rollway Policy
Rollaways may only be used in our King rooms. Rollaways are not permitted in rooms with two queen beds.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Pet Policy
We are happy to accept dogs. When making a reservation, please indicate if you will be bringing a dog. A dog waiver will need to be signed at check-in. Dogs must be on a leash in public areas and may not be left unattended in the guest rooms.

Smoking Policy
Hotel is 100% smoke free. Rooms, banquet area, bar and cafe are all smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee is applied to rooms that have been smoked in.
Suite Policy
Our suites accommodate no more than four people at any time. Absolutely no parties of any kind are allowed in suites. Our policy is strictly enforced, with no exceptions.
