Special Conditions
Guest Room Renovations May 16 - August, 2013
From May 16 through August, 2013, guest rooms will be undergoing renovation. During this time the hotel will remain open; however, everything possible is being done to limit the impact of this work on guests.
Hotel Policies
ADA Policy
The hotel is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available. For more information, please contact the hotel directly.
Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 18 years or older to reserve a room.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
The Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport accepts gift certificates. Please contact the hotel directly for gift certificate availability.
Pet Policy
Dogs up to 80 pounds are allowed. $150 deposit and $25 dollars is non-refundable and $125 will be refund back to the guest at checkout.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public space are 100% non smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
