From May 18 to May 30, 2015, the indoor and outdoor pools will be closed for extensive renovations. During this time, there may be some noise during regular business hours, especially in the first few days. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Parking Charge Beginning June 1, 2015
Beginning on June 1, 2015, self-parking will be 10 USD per day.

Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to guests who present a valid, major credit card (photo identification). There is a limit of $50 per day.

Connecting rooms are available but not guaranteed and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Early Departure Policy
The departure date will be confirmed at check in. Any changes after check in are subject to a 50 USD early departure fee. Changes to the length of the stay may require that the nightly room rate to be changed. Please refer to the reservation confirmation to verify the arrival, departure and cancellation policies.
Gift Certificate Acceptance Policy
The Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport accepts gift certificates. Please contact the hotel directly for gift certificate availability.
ID Requirement Policy
For security purposes, valid photo identification is required at check-in. Acceptable forms include a drivers license, passport, and/or proof of age card.
Late Checkout Policy
Checkout time is 12 noon. Late checkouts are based on availability on the day of departure. Please contact the Front Desk for availability and to request a late checkout. A late checkout fee of 50% of the nightly room rate will apply for departures up to 6pm. After 6pm, a one night fee will apply. Please refer to the reservation confirmation for specific arrival, departure and cancellation policies.
One cat or one dog weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed in a guest room. A waiver must be signed at check-in. A one-time, nonrefundable cleaning fee of 25 USD will apply. A refundable deposit of 150 USD will be collected to cover possible damages. At checkout, following inspection of the room, the deposit will be refunded. A pet may not be left unattended in a guest room without its owner present. A pet must be accompanied by its owner at all times—on a leash or in a crate—while in public areas. If any repairs or deep cleaning is required, the credit card on record will be charged.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover estimated incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.
All guest rooms and public space are 100% non smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
