Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with valid government issued identification.
Check Cashing Policy
Check cashing services are available to registered guests who present valid identification. There is a limit of $50 per day with a limit of $200 per stay.
Credit Card Policy
The Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel accepts credit card authorization forms that are properly completed. Please contact the hotel for a credit card authorization letter to be complete.
Guarantee Policy
Guests may only hold 3 rooms under one name and credit card.
Pet Policy
Pets are accepted. Restrictions and a deposit may apply.
Smoking Policy
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A $200 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
