Age Requirement Policy
Guests must be 21 years or older with photo identification to reserve a room and check-in.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available upon request and subject to availability. Connections are available in rooms with two double beds. Please contact the resort directly to request connecting rooms.
Extra Bedding Policy
It is our pleasure to offer rollaway beds and cribs upon request. Rollaways are only available in rooms with a king-size bed.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
Resort does offer a waitlist. Please contact the resort directly to be placed on the waitlist. Guest should provide a phone number and will be called if a room becomes available.
Early Arrival Policy
We offer early arrival upon request and subject to availability. Arrivals before 5am may incur a fee of one night's room rate. Guests wishing to guarantee early arrival must book the room for the night prior.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed at check-in. Departures prior to the scheduled date will be subject to an early departure fee of one night's room rate.
A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout requests are granted based on availability. Guests checking out between noon and 4pm will be charged a fee of 75 USD. Checkouts after 4pm incur a charge equal to one night's current room rate.
The resort is compliant with ADA. ADA compliant guest rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification).
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
Our concierge is pleased to offer contact information for independently licensed childcare providers. The resort does not endorse any agency or its personnel, and assumes no responsibility beyond providing the list.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the resort directly for the exact fee.
We are happy to accommodate two dogs weighing up to 40 pounds each or one dog weighing up to 80 pounds per room. Guests must sign a waiver accepting responsibility for any damages that might occur during their stay. All dogs must remain on a leash when outside of the guest room, and are not allowed in any area where food is served. Dog-friendly rooms are located on the first floor.
Social gatherings are not permitted in guest rooms. A maximum of four people are permitted in a room at any one time. After 10pm, there is a zero-tolerance policy regarding noise on guest floors. All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint or social gathering is reported, security will issue a warning to the offending guest’s room. If the noise or disturbance continues after the second warning, guests will be asked to vacate the resort without compensation.
All guest rooms and public spaces are 100% non-smoking. A 350 USD cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
The resort does not accept personal checks as a form of payment. Guests wishing to pay by business or commercial checks must submit the check for pre-authorization at least 14 days prior to the day of arrival. For further information, please contact Kim Leffers at Kim.Leffers@Sheraton.com.
Check cashing services are available to guests who present valid photo identification. There is a limit of 100 USD per stay.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee all reservations, and must be presented upon check-in. Guests wishing to pay by cash can do so upon departure only.

Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 5pm. Authorizations must be received a minimum of seven (7) days prior to the reservation arrival date.
Resort Charge Policy
Guests will be charged a daily resort charge of 29 USD plus tax. This includes High Speed Internet Access in guest rooms and our lobby; local, domestic long-distance, and 1-800 calls; complimentary fitness center access; shuttle service to the Phoenix Premium Outlets; all scheduled cultural activities (seasonal); and tennis court and equipment rental (subject to availability).
Tax Exempt Policy
Guests requesting tax exempt status must provide a valid 501C3 form at least seven business days prior to arrival to be approved by our finance department. The form should be submitted via email to email@example.com.
