Currency Fluctuations
For non-US hotels, rates confirmed in USD may be converted to local currency by the hotel at your time of stay, based on the exchange rate used by the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Credit card charges are subject to additional currency conversions by banks or credit card companies, which are not within the hotel's control and may impact the amount charged to your credit card. Please contact the hotel if you have any questions.

Alcohol Policy
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 18 years or older with valid identification.
Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms are available and need to be requested. Please contact the hotel directly to make these arrangements.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
Guarantee Policy
Royal, Ambassador and Hyde Park Suites must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking. For more information, please contact the Reservations Manager.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkout fee varies, depending on the time of day. For checkouts before 12 Noon, there will be no fee. For checkouts between 12 Noon and 2:00 PM, the fee will be $50. For checkouts between 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, the fee will be $100. For checkouts between 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM, the fee will be equal to half of one night’s room rate plus tax. Checkouts after 6:00 PM will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Room Use Policy
Hotel prohibits the use of rooms or suites for entertainment purposes. Sheraton on the Park has a strict no party policy in guest’s rooms and suites. A maximum of 3 guests are allowed in each room due to fire codes. Any noise complaints will result in eviction from the hotel without refund. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed.
Payment Policy
Guests paying in cash will be asked to pay full accommodation rates plus $300 bond per day for incidentals. The unused portion of the bond will be refunded at checkout.
Credit card payments will be fully pre-authorized until departure for accommodations plus $100 per night for incidentals.
Day Use Room Policy
Day use rates apply to standard view rooms, are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly with the hotel. Day use rooms are generally held from 9am to 5pm. Early arrival is not guaranteed.
Smoking Policy

Storage Policy
Luggage storage is available for guests.
Suite Policy

Visa/Passport Policy
The hotel is unable to assist with visa applications. Guests must apply for a visa with the Australian embassy in their home country.
