Connecting Room Policy
Connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed in advance and are subject to availability at check-in. We will make every effort to honor requests for connecting rooms. On traditional and club levels, a king-bed room can connect to a room with two queen beds. A Junior Suite with one king bed and a sleeper sofa can also connecting to a room with two queen beds.
Extra Bedding Policy
Rollaway beds are available for a nightly fee. Rooms with two beds cannot accommodate a rollaway bed.
The hotel does not offer a waitlist.

Early Arrival Policy
The check-in time is 3pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. Please contact the hotel for further information and to make your request.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are confirmed upon check-in. Departures on the day of arrival will be charged one night's room rate plus tax. For guests who have reservations of two or more nights, departing before the confirmed checkout date will result in an early departure fee of 50 USD.
Late Checkout Policy
Standard checkout time is 12pm. Requests for late checkout is based on availability at the time of check-in and fees may apply. Please contact the hotel for further information.
The hotel is ADA compliant. Accessible king-bedded rooms are available.
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older with photo identification.
Package Handling Policy
There is a package handling fee for all incoming and outbound packages. Please contact the hotel directly for the exact fee.
The hotel accepts dogs under 40 pounds at no additional charge. Guests with dogs weighing more than 40 pounds are charged a non-refundable fee of 40 USD per stay. A guest must sign a waiver at check-in, agreeing to the following:
The dog must be accompanied by a member of your party at all times and may not be left unattended in a guest room.
The dog must be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas. Dogs are prohibited from food and beverage outlets.
Housekeeping service must be scheduled in advance at a time when the dog will not be in the guest room.
Noise disturbances must be prevented as a courtesy to other guests.
Other boarding arrangements must be made if complaints are made by guests or staff members or if requested by the manager.
Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.
Guests further agree to assume full and complete financial and legal responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by their pets, suffered by any hotel guest or employee, and to indemnify the hotel for any claim that may arise.
Registered guests must use their room key to access the pool area. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Health & Well-Being Policies
All guests must maintain a noise level that does not disturb other guests. If a noise complaint is received, security will issue a warning to the offending room. If the noise or disturbance continues, guests may be asked to vacate the hotel at management's discretion.
Parties are not allowed in guest rooms. If you would like to host a party or entertain during your stay, please contact our Sales and Catering Department.
All guest rooms and public areas are smoke-free. A 300 USD cleaning fee will apply for smoking in a guest room. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor walkway between the hotel and the Overland Park Convention Center.
EMV/Chip & PIN Credit Card Policy
Please be aware this hotel is EMV/Chip & PIN ready and your credit card’s PIN may be necessary for you to check-in to the hotel. If you are not aware of the PIN for your chip credit card, or you are unsure if your card requires a PIN, please contact the financial institution that issued your credit card for clarity and to secure your PIN.
Credit/Debit Card Policy
Debit and Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges.

Additionally, purchase orders are not accepted, please make alternate arrangements. Guests using chip enabled debit cards are required to enter their PIN into the card reader when checking in.
