We are pleased to offer connecting rooms based on availability at check-in. We are unable to guarantee prior to arrival.
Family Plan Policy
Room rates include the accommodation of children (17 years old or younger) who sleep in the existing bedding of a guest room. Rollaway beds and cribs may incur extra charges.
For safety reasons, we do not encourage children ages 11 and under to stay in the Water Bungalow, Water Villa and Water Suite. For Ocean Villa accommodations, there is a maximum of one child per room.

Check-In & Checkout Policies
Early Arrival Policy
Early arrival is subject to availability. If the arrival time is earlier than 10am, guests must reserve the room for the previous night to secure the room.
Early Departure Policy
An early departure fee of one night's room and tax applies to guests checking out prior to their departure date. Guests will be asked to confirm their departure date at check-in at which time changes may be made without penalty—depending on the terms of the rate which they have reserved.
Late Checkout Policy
Late checkouts are subject to availability on the day of departure. For checkouts between 12pm and 6pm, 50% of the daily best available rate applies. Guests checking out after 6pm will be charged a full nights rate.
The resort is pleased to offer a variety of disability accessible rooms. We are happy to provide additional amenities, such as wheelchairs, upon request. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.
We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 18 years old with photo identification. Guests are not permitted to bring alcohol into the resort or to take alcohol off resort premises.
Babysitting/Child Care Policy
We are happy to arrange babysitting services through our Kids Club. Please make requests at least one hour in advance. Additional fees apply.
With the exception of service animals, pets are not allowed at the resort.
Health & Well-Being Policies
We are pleased to offer both smoking and non-smoking guest rooms. Designated smoking rooms come with ashtrays.
Please note that smoking is not permitted in any public area of the resort. There are, however, designated smoking areas marked with signs. Our staff is happy to help guide you to these areas if you cannot find them.
Check Acceptance Policy
The hotel does not accept personal checks at this time.
Credit Card Policy
The resort only accepts international credit cards for prepayment. For third party payment requests, the resort must be informed in advance. An authorization letter with cardholder's signature is mandatory and must be sent to the hotel's reservation department for pre-authorization.
Rates confirmed in USD are guaranteed in U.S. dollars when paid in U.S. cash or traveler's checks. Payments made by credit cards at the hotel will be charged in the local currency equivalent based on the daily exchange rate used by the hotel. Currency conversions by banks or credit card companies in processing payments are not within the control of the hotel and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Gift Certificate Policy
To purchase or redeem a gift certificate, please contact the hotel directly.
As required by local banks, the hotel can accept prepayment only by a bank transfer or an international credit card, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and GW issued by the Bank of China. An authorization letter signed by guests must be submitted to the hotel.
